Wei Zhilan – Quality Inspector
Since joining WAFUU in July 2016, Wei Zhilan has been part of our frontline quality team, supporting consistent product quality across OEM manufacturing and shipment inspection.
With years of hands-on inspection experience, she focuses on identifying quality issues before products leave the factory and ensuring finished goods meet defined project and customer requirements.
Frontline Quality Inspection
Quality control is not only about procedures and reports. It also depends on experienced people who understand what to look for during actual production and final inspection.
Wei's daily responsibilities include:
Inspecting finished products against approved quality requirements
Checking appearance, workmanship, assembly, and packaging
Identifying and recording quality issues
Supporting inspection of OEM and customized products
Coordinating with production teams when corrective action is required
Helping ensure products are properly checked before shipment

Having worked with WAFUU since 2016, Wei has developed extensive practical experience with our products, manufacturing processes, and quality expectations.
This long-term frontline experience helps her recognize potential issues efficiently and maintain consistency across different production batches.
From Production to Final Inspection
During an OEM project, even small details can affect the customer's final product experience.
Wei works closely with our production and quality teams to verify key details before shipment, helping ensure that specifications, workmanship, appearance, and packaging remain aligned with project requirements.
Her role provides an important quality checkpoint between manufacturing completion and delivery to the customer.
